Switching from Other Apps

If you’re switching from another wishlist app, you can import your existing data into SimplerSuite Wishlist.

General process

Most wishlist apps let you export data as CSV. The migration steps are:

1. Export your wishlist data from the existing app
2. Reformat the CSV to match our import format
3. Import via the SimplerSuite Wishlist dashboard

Common apps

Wishlist Plus (Swym)

1. In Swym’s dashboard, go to Settings → Export Data
2. Export the wishlist data as CSV
3. Map the columns:
   • Swym’s product_id → product_id
   • Swym’s cust_id → customer_id
   • Swym’s variant_id → variant_id
   • Swym’s added_on → added_at
4. Import the CSV

Wishlist Hero

1. Contact Wishlist Hero support to request a data export
2. The export typically includes customer IDs and product IDs
3. Reformat to match the CSV format
4. Import via the dashboard

Wishlist King

1. In the Wishlist King dashboard, export your data
2. Map columns to match our format
3. Import the CSV
