What counts as a “monthly active shopper”?

A monthly active shopper is a unique visitor who interacts with the wishlist (adds or removes an item) during a calendar month. Viewing a product page with a heart icon does not count.

What happens when I exceed my plan limit?

Free plan: Wishlists continue to work, but analytics tracking pauses until the next month.
Starter / Growth: You’ll see a warning in the dashboard. Upgrade to continue tracking.
Scale: Overages are billed automatically at $0.30 per 1,000 additional shoppers.

Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page in the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
